hmmm....really mamma mia??
Went to watch this musical recently...not wowed by the movie though...
had high expectations from it cos of the big production it sounded and the big names who acted in it...
My Conclusion:
The big names are better off acting than singing... Pierce Brosnan esp.
No doubt there are many singers in the movie who can sing,
but the way the movie was filmed din do justice for the good singers.
Calefares in the show aka the ensemble, er... i find them a distraction rather than a compliment to some scenes... really disappointing.
well...if you really like ABBA songs, listen to them as in ABBA singing them.
Elizabeth watched the theatre version and she was bowled over.
I have not seen the theatre version, so it is hard for me to judge,
but well...the movie version just can't make it... pardon me... :P
